The staff at Gastroenterology Associates of Beverly Hills is an integral part of the multi-disciplinary, comprehensive care provided to each and every patient. Everything from scheduling appointments, to setting up procedures, is conducted efficiently and with patient’s best interest in mind.
Well trained in listening carefully to patients, and knowing what next steps should be taken, our team members’ work together to assure patients’ needs are met. Getting to know the patients and making them feel comfortable is also part of every team members’ job.
Jessica Mazin, MS, PA-C is a California State and National Board Certified Physician Assistant. She obtained her undergraduate degree from UC Irvine in Biological Sciences. Following UC Irvine, she completed a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences. She has a great deal of patient experience and a broad medical background, as well as her bilingual skills in Russian and English, which have been invaluable in helping patients receive the proper care.
Jessica has been specifically trained in clinical gastroenterology and also has extensive experience primary care knowledge. Her clinical expertise, with precise technique and thorough knowledge, have gained the respect of patients, staff, and others in the community.
With a background in retail, Andrea wanted to take her passion for helping people to the next level and has blossomed into the backbone of our patient care team. She assists the doctors with scheduling procedures, appointments, and anything that patients may need. She is happy to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to make someone’s day brighter.
Andrea completed her Medical Assistant certificate at Everest College in 2010 and was placed at GABH in an externship and has been the go to staff member ever since. She truly enjoys working with our patients and improving their lives on a daily basis.
In her spare time Andrea enjoys reading, dancing, exercising, and spending time with her family. She was born and raised in Los Angeles and loves this city because most of her family is also here.
Dorothy has over 20 years of medical office management experience. Her warm personality and sincere empathy puts patients at ease, and allows them the opportunity to ask questions, receive guidance, and not feel they are rushed through their appointment.
Educated in Hong Kong as well as in California, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and Medical Management training at USC.
A resident of Beverly Hills for many years, she sings in the Parish Choir of All Saints’ Episcopal Church, and enjoys spending time with her family and international friends.
A native North Carolinian, Deb adds a touch of Southern Hospitality to her work with the Physicians and the Community. Providing Public Relations, Marketing, Event Planning, and Physician Relations services, she taps into many years of physician relations/services experience.
Educated at Appalachian State University in Journalism, Deb has traveled throughout the US calling on various physicians, hospitals, and surgery practices. She understands the importance of medical practices earning their reputation with highly skilled surgeons and physicians, top-level patient care, and hard work and dedication; therefore, making her job of promoting their services a pleasure.
Deb lives in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, enjoys creative writing and spending time at the beach with her family, especially her four young grandsons.
